Requirements for flight plans departing/arriving Keflavik or Reykjavik.

All flight plans out of Iceland need to be filed locally.

Flights with Keflavík or Reykjavík as departure point or destination are not required to file their route via waypoints at 010W, if routing north of RATSU (61N010W).

Eastbound departures
Flights departing Reykjavik shall file their route via:

• LUTER MOXAL if crossing 010W between 64N and RATSU inclusive
• PIXUM PETUX PODAR if crossing 010Wbetween ATSIX and GOMUP inclusive
• RIMUM RUMUX RAPAX if crossing 61N west of 01630W

Flights departing Keflavik shall file their route via:

• LUTER if crossing 010W between 64N and 66N
• OSKUM if crossing 010W between 63N and RATSU inclusive
• PIXUM PETUX PODAR if crossing 010W between ATSIX and GOMUP inclusive
• RIMUM RUMUX RAPAX if crossing 61N west of 01630W

Flight planning for eastbound departures with ETD between 0600 and 0900 and entering SHANWICK OCA shall be filed via:

• PIXUM PETUX PODAR ORTAV ODPEX or
• RIMUM RUMUX RAPAX and then via ERAKA ETSOM or more southerly route

Flights departing Keflavík shall not file their route between 63N and 64N at 10W.

Westbound departures, for flights crossing 030W at:

• 66N shall file their route via SORIR SUKED
• 65N shall file their route via SORIR SOPEN (F290 and above only)
• SOSIT (F280 and below only) shall file their route via SORIR
• 64N shall file their route via RALOV ROTIN
• 63N shall file their route via RALOV RAKIS
• 62N or 61N shall file their route via DELES DOPOD
